Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95   

Order Processing Times:

Most orders that are place with us are processed and shipped out within 1-3 days. Anytime you have any question regarding shipping times please call us at 800-624-4493. Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

 Shipping:

Fleming Traps uses UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Delivery of your order will be within 5 7 business days of the date it is shipped out. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order goes out and you can check the status and track your order on our website by entering your order number.  

Shipping and Address Corrections:

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If package is sent back to us then you will need to pay another shipping charge to send it to the correct address. 

Backorders (Out of Stock Items): 

We try very hard to keep all items in stock and available, but sometimes we have to backorder an item until it arrives at our warehouse for shipping. When checking the status of your order you will find out if your item is on backorder. Orders containing backordered items will be shipped in their entirety when all products are available for shipment unless prior arrangements have been made. You can contact us and give us permission to send part of the order if you prefer. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: 

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged contact us within 10 days. We will contact the carrier( UPS, USPS) that shipped your product and have an inspection made. Do not throw away the shipping box or any shipping material. The carrier will want to inspect it. We will arrange to have the product returned to us. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.  

Warranty / Returns 

Fleming Outdoors has a 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. Please open package and check product before the 30 day warranty runs out. All sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving product. 

Unsatisfactory Product Return

If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with simply return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchased product. Shipping charges are not refunded. If product has been used and is not in the same condition as was sold (original, manufacturer packaging with all accessories) then there will be no refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. The buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item being returned. We must have the RMA number before we can process the return. If return has no RMA # then return will be subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee.

 Defective Product Return


If you receive a product that is defective, broken or will not work then just call and get let us know and we will arrange for your product to be picked up. Please open package and check product before the 30 day warranty runs out. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP. The buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item being returned. We must have the RMA number before we can process the return.
