Wish I could rate this 6 stars as I have caught 6 coons and 1 possum in the first week. All on marshmallows which I wouldn't have believed if I hadn't seen it myself. Dag-gum coons ain't gonna wreck my watermelon patch this year!

The white z-trap is one of my favorite dp traps, its easy to set and has a great trigger system. The only thing that m not very impressed with is the powder coating, it scratches off easily when theres a coon in the trap.
Easy to set.
Good trigger system
Strong springs
Powder coating isnt the most durable

I have 6 dozen Zs. About half are white. When the leaves are down the white trap sticks out well making them easy to find when I’m doing a fast check out the truck window. The white powder coat is simply awesome. Coon tend to rub off coatings/paint or white duct tape. But this stuff wears like iron!
I pre-bait and use the Zcap. This makes setting onsite much faster. Zs don?t have a down side in my humble opinion.
If your state requires a pull-only trigger, you?ll have to buy replacement triggers.

I read the coon are color blind, so this white trap is most visible to them at night.
And this is a great deal at 20% off.
White, very visible to coons. Also easier for you to find in the woods.
With the set tool, easy to set a lot of them.
No "pull outs" so far; strong springs.

These are outstanding!!! Just remember not to anchor them to anything you don't want torn up. I've caught many raccoons, opossum, and skunks. I dread the skunks, but at least they are not spraying my dog. best part is no more torn apart live traps!!!!

when the trap goes off you've got Rocky. 2 things: 1 push bait all the way to bottom under trigger.
2 you must stake trap down well or it will be lost, Rocky is going to fight hard when caught. the best bait for me is 4 cups dried dog food,1 cup bacon grease and 1 cup peanut butter and 1 packet of certo pectin to keep your bait fresh.
you may need pliers to help set the trigger, springs are strong. set your trap close to well used game trails.
