These Snare Extension Cables are constructed of 3/32" 7x7 galvanized aircraft cable. Both ends have a double ferrule closed loop.
These Snare Extension Cables are designed for securing a snare or trap to a tree or post by looping the extension around the tree or post, feeding one end through the other looped end and then crimping an S-Hook or attaching a Quick Link on end.

The missing "link"!

The area I trap is a mixture of ridges and swamp. I normally use a earth anchor, but in the swamp these rock! They handle otters and beavers with ease.
Weight and easy to use. They are also great for adding length to a anchor line.
I wished they has a "bulk" price on them for big numbers.

These are used to connect traps to fixed objects like trees. To me it is much easier to install and remove the trap with these cables as opposed to driving an anchor into the ground.

This allows quick set up for dog proof traps. The additional length and pre-made crimps allow you to cable off to trees that are a great distance away. They also take a beating before they kink at all.

These are fantastic for securing cage traps in odd areas. They won't stop all theft, but combined with a good earth anchor, they stop most people.

I use these to secure my DP coon traps to small trees and they work perfect, you need a j hook to put on the swivel of the coon trap and you are ready to go!!
