With malleable cast jaws Our MB-650-C has the same adjustable pan system, frame, heavy-duty springs, chain & swivels as our original MB-650's. The similarities stop at the jaws however as the MB-650-C sports super-heavy 3/8" thick, 1/4" offset positive locking malleable cast jaws. A real coyote catching machine!

Great trap

Very well built,caught three coyotes the first week out and held great, I plan on ordering a lot more.
Comes ready out of the box exept for waxing and dyeing.
Haven't found any cons yet

I love how these bed,
Hold a coyote with no problem.
I use 1/2" thick project foam and cut my own inserts for under the pan.
I very lightly filed the dog and under the pan for burs, probably wasn't any but habit.
Set my tension at 3lbs.

MB-650 Cast trap offset

REALLY STRONG TRAP. I caught a 23 lb. bobcat in one these ,and it held him with no problems.
Very strong, and durable.

Caught a wolf by three toes on the right front foot, with no visible damage.
February 2, 2017
MB-650 with 15" of additional chain added to the original chain along with a lap link. Staked at a flat set, with a 40" long, 1/2" re-bar stake. Trap set about 14"& 18" back from lure sticks. Trap beds very solidly.
Is a very affordable trap to buy, when wolves are the target.
Wolf season is closed and the MB-650 traps are waiting in the garage attic, unused.
