The picture doesn't show that there is a chain link on each end of the spring, making it easy to attach with a swivel or clip.

Works great with foot snares too

I've been using these with Belisle foot snares, no problems, and no injuries. (You should seriously consider carrying Belisle traps, I use their foot snares and 120's exclusively.)
