\n Most orders that are place with\nus are processed and shipped out within 24 - 72 hours. Anytime you have any\nquestion regarding shipping times please call us at 800-624-4493. Weekend and Holiday\norders will be processed on the next available business day.

\n Currently Fleming Traps uses UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Delivery of your order will be within 5 – 7 business days of\nthe date it is shipped out. You will be emailed a tracking number when your\norder goes out and you can check the status and track your order on our\nwebsite by entering your order number.

We DO NOT ship to\nany PO Boxes. We only ship inside continental United States.

\nShipping and Address Corrections:

\nPlease verify that\nyour shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in\nundeliverable packages, or delays. If you address is incorrect, please\nnotify us as soon as possible to avoid a $6.00 address correction charge. If\nshipping address is incorrect then a $6.00 address correction charge will be\ncharged. This charge is accessed to us by UPS and unfortunately must be\npassed along to you, our customer. If you are charged in error please\ncontact us.

Sales Tax

\nFleming Outdoors charges sales tax on items purchased by customers that have products shipped in the state of Alabama. When customers from outside the state of Alabama complete a purchase from Fleming Outdoors they accept all responsiblility of their respective state laws regarding sales and use tax.

\nBackorders (Out of Stock Items):

\n 

\n We try very hard to keep all\nitems in stock and available, but sometimes we have to backorder an item\nuntil it arrives at our warehouse for shipping. When checking the status of\nyour order you will find out if your item is on backorder. Orders containing\nbackordered items will be shipped in their entirety when all products are\navailable for shipment unless prior arrangements have been made. You can\ncontact us and give us permission to send part of the order if you prefer.

\nLost or Damaged Shipments:

\nIf you receive a\nproduct that appears to be damaged contact the office ( UPS, Fed Ex) of the\ncarrier that shipped your product and have an inspection made. Do not throw\naway the shipping box or any shipping material. The carrier will want to\ninspect it. We will arrange to have the product returned to us. We will then\neither issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.

Warranty / Returns

\nFleming Outdoors has\na 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. All sales\nare considered final after 30 days of receiving product. Please See Customer\nService Page regarding warranty of Chicken Coops.

\nUnsatisfactory Product Return

\nIf you receive a product that you are not satisfied with simply return the\nproduct within 30 days for a refund of the purchased product. Shipping\ncharges are not refunded. If product has been used and is not in the same\ncondition as was sold (original, manufacturer packaging with all\naccessories) then there will be no refund. The customer is responsible for\nany and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect\nor damaged item. The buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item\nbeing returned. We must have the RMA number before we can process the\nreturn. If return has no RMA # then return will be subject to a 20%\nrestocking and processing fee.

\nDefective Product Return

\nIf you receive a product that is defective, broken or will not work then\njust call and get let us know and we will arrange for your product to be\npicked up. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.\nThe buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item being returned. We\nmust have the RMA number before we can process the return.
