duty machine link chain. Fleming #2 Coil Spring Leg Trap is designed
to trap bobcat, coyote, fox, lynx and otter sized animals. Jaw
Spread 5.75” 2 Coiled.

Worth every penny

My #2 Fleming's with a lil tune up notching , have really paid for themselves , the qaulity for the money is spot on and no issues holding coyotes ðŸ‘

I like that it has a base plate but it does not look like the best rivet job of base plate to trap. Pan notch is quite shallow. Otherwise, it looks like a good trap . Especially for the price.

I ordered 6 of these. 3 of them could not be set because of manufacturing defects. They can be fixed I suppose. They will require a bit of machining and adjustment to make them work. They are built well, but quality control seems to be an issue. Also a bit unweildy to set, even for a spring trap.

Pretty good trap for the money

The 1st thing you'll notice about this trap is the fact that it's baseplated. I picked these up for 8.20/per and you won't find anything in that price range with a baseplate. Comes with 2 swivels and decent straight-link chain. They dont bother to tighten the pan screws because everyone has their own taste with pan tension, but overall it is a good lil trap for the money. I'll update after I've ran them for a season.
