Duke #330 Body Grip trap is designed for use in a wide variety of predator control, fur trapping and wildlife management. Trap works well on the ground, suspended, submerged in water, under ice or when covered with light snow. When used properly they result in a quick, humane kill. Should not be used where they might trap non-target animals. Target Animals: beaver, otter, coyote and bobcat sized animals. Jaw Spread. 10”

Caught My 1st Beaver!!!

First time water trapper here.. I set two 330's between a creek and pond.. after a few weeks I ended up catching a big 57lb flat tail!

This trap has a strong bite. Definitely requires a set tool for me to arm the trap.
If a critter is the size to pass through the jaws, it will not survive triggering the trap.
My only criticism is the rivets that act as hinges for the jaws of the trap. I will probably replace each of them with a nut and bolt.

A must have if you are going to call yourself a beaver slayer. Get creative with it and you'll catch more.
Works like a charm.
They will get wise to this trap so you have to get creative on how you use it but it's a killer until they do.

I have various Ground Hogs under my Mud Room for many years. The Haveaheart traps work find, but it is not legal to catch and release Ground Hogs in Virginia. So I acquired a couple of these Duke traps and the clean out has begun in ernest.
easy to use and set, IF you also have the setter tool.
first time use, the traps are very stiff to set.

Had Nutria & Muskrats burrowing hole into my ponds causing a lot of damage. Have had really good success rate using Duke body traps.
Would highly recommend using Duke traps. Easy to set & use
Springs are really tough you'll need a setting tool.

Deadly , high quality trap
Without setting tool, had to use rope method. New trap was stiff to set first time. By has been easier with each reset .
