Wrong hat

The hat pictured is the one I wanted. Was sent one with a different camo and leather patch. Emailed twice and called once with zero communication.

I bought all 3 of our kids the coyote mountain trapper hat but the hats we received had the standard leather coyote trapper patch. The hats were woodland camo but did not have the mountain patch as advertised.
