There a must in the trap line bag good to have

Ive been an outdoorsman and a trapper all of my life. Unfortunately a few years ago I became an amputee so I was unable to use my feet to set my traps and I just didnt have the strength to do it by hand. These setter make setting my coil spring traps so easy, they kept me on my trapline. I ll never grab my trapping bag again without my setters. Thank you.

Love these. Lets you get some leverage on your trap springs so you can set traps easier. Also great if you manage to get your finger caught in a trap and you can not stand on the springs to turn yourself loose.

These trap setters work great and make setting the traps a breeze

It’s hard to admit but at 67 I don’t have the hand strength I once had. The coil spring setters help me to continue doing something I love to do with out the danger of an inadvertent finger in a trap

These are easy to lever with your hands or feet, plenty strong and to problem setting my duke 550s with them.

Wow, I can't believe how easy n Safe it is to set the coil spring traps, with these trap setters. I can't count the times I've almost lost a finger, before I purchased them. There well worth the money 🙂

I'm new to trapping, and these things saved me a good amount of time. They make setting traps so much easier, and help with the learning curve. Definitely worth the money.

Don't waste your money!!! On uneven ground they are worthless. They bend and then you can't get the springs to open enough to set the trap. The ends that slide over the set levers bend and release the trap. Take a hammer with you to bend them back in place. I found a foot on one side and a hand on the other works better.

They could be a little stouter. My first use one slightly bent. I used them on a Duke 550 and as you push down and the jaws start to open be sure to slide them down, further on the trap. Hope I'm clear in what I'm saying.

What a hell of a design amazing

These are perfect to set traps. I half to use traps as predator control for my chickens. I was sent a single piece and they made it good immediately. May need more traps the way the chickens are getting knocked off. If I do I know where to get them

Wow, I have set many a fox trap in the 60 and 70's and now that I am older it is more difficult to set these traps. I hesitated in this purchase thinking it won't work. It worked great I can set these traps with great speed and not a burden to my old hands.

They make setting the 550 easy works great on the 1 1/2 l will be ordering some for trapping partner

I just broke down and bought a pair of these. I'm not a wimp but age and wear and tear catches up to all of us. Makes setting much less painful on old hands.
