I purchased 6 of these knifes for our deer cleaning station.

They hold a good edge and after completely cleaning 3 deer the knife are still shave sharp.

This knife comes out the package, ready to cut, skin and get the job done. Made of forged stainless steel, it holds an edge very well, large enough to make vital cuts, yet small enough to make those intracat slits or cuts. Love the sure-grip handle also.
