The Bridger #5 Coil Spring Foot Trap (4 Coiled/Offset Jaws) has an inside jaw spread of 7 1/4”and an outside jaw spread of 7 3/4”. Adjustable pan tension and ultra strong steel springs. Bridger recommends this trap for use in taking beaver, coyote, wolf, bobcat, otter and mountain lion.

Very fast trap and good holding power, not the funniest trap to set , setting tool recommended, I will be buying more

Trap works great and is large! I caught 2 beavers with drowner sets and both were hind foot catches. Very pleased.

Well coyotes have been elusive to say the least around here. But there is one thing I can say about the 4 coil bridger #5 is that it takes a good bit Of energy to set one. It’s has a very fast response time, and has the holding power of a body grip but without killing them. Very nice product just wished they were made without a dog..

I got some of these traps for beaver and they work great they are perfect size for beaver and they are very well made and strong to.
