The Bridger #2 Coil Spring Foot Trap has an inside jaw spread of 5 5/8” and an outside jaw spread of 6". Adjustable pan tension and ultra strong steel springs. Bridger recommends this trap for use in taking fox, coyote, bobcat and raccoon.

New traps

Out of a dozen traps, I had to adjust all the pans and file one latch. That's ok, part of the sport. Looking forward to using them

Done right!

I boiled, and sprayed with vinegar let set in the rain. Rusted right up. I wire brushed the night set area to get a hairpin trigger. On the 2nd night I got the chicken killing coyote. My egg lady was very happy. She lost 51 chickens of 52. She is starting over now.
Strong trap.
It always breaks the legs of any animal that gets caught in it. Raccoon, foxes. I did catch a double leg by possum and I able to release.

Was expecting to have to make pan adjustments on each and every one to my surprise all I had to do is adjust pan tension

Just started trapping. These traps are easy to adjust, easy to set, and reliable. I've already caught coyote and bobcat both in them.
