Long Spring traps were some of the very first traps used by trappers in North America to catch and hold fur bearing animals. Bridger Long Spring Traps are manufactured of steel components but are powered by tempered steel springs that extend out from the trap. Long Spring traps by design are very secure in holding power.
The #11 Bridger Long Spring Trap has a 4" jaw spread, and is recommended for use in taking skunk, raccoon, mink, marten, muskrat, etc.
