The High Grade cable is by far the most popular cable used for snaring. 7 x 7 means there are 7 strands in the middle and 7 surrounding it. 3/32" 7x7 Galvanized Aircraft Cable has a 920 lb. minimum breaking strength rating and is available in a 100' roll, 500' spool and a 1000' spool.

Great Stuff!

One of my traplines is in a swamp and I make anchor lines that I can attach my traps to trees, roots, and drags. I buy this wire by the spool and I and make them custom to the area I'm trapping.
